Germany has revolutionised its winemaking in the last 10 years. This historic winemaking country is now making wonderful dry wines which have a fabulous balance of fruit, acidity and relatively low alcohol but with good mouth feel and great length. This style is epitomised by the wines of the Rheinpfalz, which is drier, warmer and sunnier than most parts of Germany. Our producer Weegmuller is widely acclaimed as one of the best in the region.
